This unit is not suitable for party people or people that have lots of regular daily vistors as it is a hotel and other guests expect peace and quiet and this is enforced after dark with a zero noise tolerance rule so people get a good nights sleep.
minimum payment UP FRONT BEFORE CHECK-IN is 4 weeks rent $1800 plus 2 weeks bond $900 = $2700. then you can pay weekly if you want to stay longer than 4 weeks. NO EXCEPTIONS to the payment rules.
