PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
As you walk through the archway of this majestic Victorian house, you would be forgiven for thinking a provincial European interior may await you on the other side of this door. What transpires couldn’t be further from the truth.
Bronte Art Abode, a rambling Victorian home circa 1883 boasts Moroccan inspired interiors throughout, scattered with an array of eclectic art, bric-a-brac and colour all culminating in a warm, inviting home filled with beautiful light and it’s just minutes away from Bronte Beach.
Spacious living areas offer soft furnishings, comfort and quirky features to keep any age entertained. Wander into the upstairs, fully equipped kitchen and congregate around the marble island breakfast bar or take your drinks out onto the adjoining balcony to soak up the sun.
Perfect for entertaining, the downstairs open plan living area leads out onto the garden where you can while away the hours over the fire pit and watch the fairy lights take shape dancing in the surrounding trees, or take a quick dip in the pool.
If you can bring yourself to leave, Bronte Art Abode is minutes from Bronte Beach and the infamous coastal path from Coogee to Bondi. You can also explore nearby Woolloomooloo, the harbour, the galleries and parks that make Sydney one of the world’s most loved cities.

$2,400 per night, 7 night minimum stay
Summer, Spring & Autumn School Holidays
$1,900 per night, 5 night minimum stay
Plus a $450 linen fee per booking.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Please note that all our homes have no party policies as noise travels to neighbours easily in both residential and hinterland areas. No extra guests are allowed to the houses and noise levels are to be respectful at all times. There is to be no outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 10pm.
Noise complaints will result in bond deductions and possible eviction. We apologise for being so strict but noise is a serious issue and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
Limited firewood is provided during winter months only. If you think you would like a larger supply for your visit to use in the indoor fire, please let us know at the time of booking so we can assist you with options for purchasing more. Please note that fire places and fire pits cannot be used during fire bans.
